Derek has over fifteen years experience in the furniture and cabinet manufacturing business and therefore is perfectly equipped to design and manufacture the wine cellar that best suits both your needs and your style. The best team will be put together to build your Wine Cellar, including the wine racks, lighting and cooling. This will include sourcing the best range of accessories to complete the Cellar, from wine fridges, the correct glasses for each style of wine, decanters and everything else needed to make each bottle an enjoyable experience.
Once complete the cellar will be stocked with the wines that best suit your palette and those of your family and friends. All there is for you to do is to enjoy it.
To round off the service, Derek who has completed the Cape Wine Master’s program, graduating in May 2012 will make sure that the cellar is regularly stocked with the latest wines and vintages, to suit your personal preferences as well as those for special occasions. This leaves your precious time just that – yours.
This service will include sourcing bottles of wine for those special occasions or important dinner parties to compliment both the meal and the guests.
The full service also means that the bar area will always be fully stocked with your choices of Beers, Spirits and soft drinks.
